NRG Swimming

Inspiring Success Through Excellence Since 1989

NRGNRG Swimming is a year-round United States Swimming (USA) club, with programs designed for all levels of competitive swimming, from the firstyear beginner, to the adult master swimmer. Our groups range from the Mini I group for children just beginning their competitive swim career practicing 1 hour a day 3 times a week with an option to compete at meets, to our Senior Atomic group, our highest level swimmers who train vigorously in pursuit of qualification for the Elite Sectional and Jr. and Sr. Championship Meets. Visit our Program Information and Registration pages today for more details about all of our programs and to download a registration form.

NRGizersWe have recently introduced our newest group, NRGizers, a developmental swimming school for children ages 4 to 8. NRGizers is a comprehensive program created to develop the basic swimming mechanics and skills needed to pursue an interest in the sport of swimming. The emphasis of the program is on proper stroke technique and developing a passion for swimming. Swimmers will quickly find a greater interest in learning how to swim better, faster and longer than ever before through our fun and rewarding practice sessions.

NRG and NRGizer swimmers train at Carl Sandburg Middle School located at 30 Harmony Road, Levittown, PA 19056

For the adult swimmers B&R Family Fitness has begun a Masters Swimming Program coached by our own Ray Keown, United States Swimming certified coach. This program is perfect for former competitive swimmers, triathletes, and anyone looking for a great work out while improving your swimming!

For questions regarding any of our progams contact Ray Keown by email or phone at 215-715-4290.
